Hyatt Place San Juan

It was fairly clean with great customer service. The pool was great and I had bottled drinks in the outdoor bar.

We had a very good stay thanks to hotel's helpful staff. Generally everything was nice, nonetheless the bathroom was smelly.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with fantastically friendly staff. Thanks for the stay - will be back.

We liked our bright rooms, plus the stuff was professional! Restaurant was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It was a restful experience overall. Relaxing hotel was clean, the location was top. Staff informative & was always available until we checked out. Fantastic service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Awesome location, very efficient staff and great breakfast. Lovely room, excellent bathroom, perfect beds. It was a very comfortable stay, you could leave a car on-site.

The place was joyful and fairly clean.

Pool was amazing and spotlessly clean, rooms were new-fashioned. The staff here were eager to help. Big suite and really comfy bed. Fairly clean bathroom and perfect view. They had an early check-in too:)))

Terrific staff and food, I loved this lovely welcoming hotel. The place was extremely close to the heart of San Juan. Plus it was in a relaxing area. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed.

Worth its 3 stars. The hotel is family-friendly, breakfast is free. The idea to include a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge in the guest room was nice. This was a great location.

The staff was friendly, late checkout. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. It was nice to have a safe, a work desk and a couch bed. Moreover, there is a parking onsite. Stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave there...

we visited that hotel before and we loved staff and facilities. great service was provided. if we return to san juan we would like to stay longer.
